Holiday Stash!

It's taken me much longer to take pics of the stuff I bought on holiday than it did to decide what to buy in the stores! Stash is much more reasonably priced in the USA than over here, plus they always have deals on and coupons for up to 50% off so when opportunity knocks....!

Here's all the inkpads I bought! I went a bit mad with the distress ones as you can see! But they are my first distress inks so I think I am justified! Also got some dew drops to build up my collection.

Stamps! I got 2 packs of christmassy ones and all the little ones were in the Dollar bin, thats roughly 65p each!

Ah, I also went slightly mad on the MS punches... I used my 50% off vouchers on these! For example, the Loops Punch around the page set started off at $24.99, I used my 40% discount voucher and got it for $14.99, which is roughly £11 after you take sales tax into account. I LOVE the alphabet punches and have wanted them ever since I first saw them! These set me back about £14 for the set of 2.
Stickles galore! Never had any distress ones do I bought a good selection and also expanded my other colours too! Glamour dust in white and something called snow writer which I havent tried yet but claims to give 3d snow effects.

Glossy accents of course! plus an ink blender, some masks and mini misters for when I put my distressing hat on.

Cuttlebug folders, which I took out of the packets to save weight, it's hard to see but I got a paisley effect, one with some leaves and birds on, and snowflakes.A couple of Sakura pens and two 'Cutterbee' tools, they make pierced lines in paper to create faux stitching effects. Two rolls of ribbon from the dollar bin, the paw prints one is so cute!

Stickers and a pack of K&Co assorted embellishments, plus some letters.
All my papers and cardstock pads! I love the MS ones, there are some really pretty sheets in there.
Fimo of course! All the Fimo was on offer so I stocked up, never used it before but I think I have plenty to practise on now! also picked up some cutters, tools, glaze and a box of assorted glass beads.

Coloured jewellery wire and foam pads, I've never seen round ones before!

Some stuff I bought to alter, the wooden altering stuff is so reasonable over there! The door hangers were 79cents each (about 55p).

And my favourite thing, I've wanted one of these carousels for ever! I was umming and aahing on whether I'd fit it in or not, and in the end had to get another little suitcase! I love it though and it was well worth the effort!
Not strictly stash but it will be going in my craft room - a pink chip cushion!
This is just one of my many receipts.... you dont want to KNOW how much I spent altogether!

For a bit of fun though, I will host a little competition... I accidentally bought 2 of the Distress Inkpads in Worn Lipstick colour, so the closest guess (in Dollars) to my total stash spend in America will win one!

This will be open for a week, so until midnight on Sunday 17th October. Just leave your guess as a comment to this post. Have fun guessing all!!!

Er! Is that my bill from when I came back from Canada??? It so easy to spend your money in Michaels/Joanns, such a pity we don't have stores like that over here, Fab stasheroony!

Oh my gosh...can you still fit in your craft room with all your purchases? I will probably be just as bad, if I get to the Craft and Quilt show here. I was hoping to purchase a few stamps myself there but the entry cost is $16 alone, which I'm none too pleased about.

Wow! What a lot you got! I thought I had done well at Artisan, but you must have quadrupled my total. I'll guess around $320.
