This card came together unexpectedly quickly for me as I usually take hours deciding what image/papers/colours to use and then have to change something as it doesn't 'quite' match. I must have been on a lucky strike when I made this as the first thing I chose of everything seemed to look good together!

You've just described me when I'm making a card - two to three hours is my norm! Your card is lovely, everything goes together so well. I love the paper and the lace is gorgeous and I love the way you've used the Nellie rectangle frame (I haven't used mine yet - hangs head in shame!!!).
Lovely card, I really like the effect of the mica pigments on the image.

What a lovely card Gemma, and oh boy I know what you mean about taking hours deciding on colours, papers and embellies etc. Sometimes some of my cards take days!!!! The purple lace is a great touch on this one.
