Charisma #12 - Easter

Good morning! what a lovely week we're having, I dont want it to end! I always feel so much more inspired to create when it's lovely outside and I can have the sun streaming into my craft room!

Anywho, the real reason I'm here isn't to tell you about the weather! It's to show you my DT card for this weeks new Charisma challenge!
We want to see your Easter Creations!

Our fab sponsors this week are Joanna Sheen and Digistamp Boutique!

For my creation I've used this gorgeous image from Tiddly Inks!

I've coloured her with Promarkers and inked around the edges using an ink duster and a big n juicy inkpad. The flowers are from wild orchid crafts and the ribbon and little epoxy stickers are from stash.
The sentiment is a stamp from LOTV and the little wooden butterfly I got on a recent trip to Hamburg.
I have no idea what make the paper is as I got it in a recent paper swap :)

Thanks for stopping by and listening to me ramble :)

My Mums Craft Shop - Use a Stamp!

Morning all! Wednesdays mean time for a new challenge over at My Mums Craft Shop, who are also the sponsor this time around :)

This week we want to see your Stamping!

I've used this gorgeous image by LOTV for my DT inspiration this week.  I made this card for my cousins Birthday :)

The papers are from a stack I got free with a magazine recently and I've used a Kraft card blank. The letters are chipboard which I've coloured with Distress inks and the bakers twine is from stash.
I've used a circle punch and a stamp from personal impressions to make the sentiment.

Thanks so much for stopping by :)

Our current challenge at AUD sentiments is Inspired by a Song! This week is Team B's turn to showcase their creations.

We are sponsored this time by Limited Runs digis and the DT were lucky enough to get to play with some of their images, I've chosen this refreshing looking cocktail!

The song title I've used for inspiration is Celebrate by Madonna

Morning all!

I'm very excited to tell you all today that I've been asked to join the fabulous Design Team at My Mums Craft Shop Challenge!  How flattered am I?!

Today is my first challenge with them and the theme this week is 'Use a Digi!'

This challenge is sponsored by the delightful Bugaboo stamps!

I've used this gorgeous fairy image by Mo's Digital Pencil. She's coloured with Prisma Pencils and the papers are from the Me to You paper stack. The leaf branch is a sizzix die and the flower leaves are made with an MS punch. Sentiment is from Craftwork cards, and the lace, gems, flowers, doily and brad are from stash. And of course lots of stickles to finish off!

Look, I used a brad!! lol

Charisma '#10 - Alter it

This week over at Charisma we want to see your Altered projects!
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous...
All that Scraps!!
One lucky winner will receive 4 stamps or 1 stamp set. Wow!!!

Here's my project for you! I've altered a plain brown notebook from Paperchase for our upcoming holiday to Florida! As we are driving from Key West to Orlando, I'm going to fill it with lots of useful information like Zip codes and places to visit along the way :)

The glittery letters are from sticker sets and the smaller ones are peel offs.
I cut the bracket out on my Craft Robo (yes I used it!!) and the heart borders are washi tape.
The little round flag sticker is from a set from Paperchase.
In fact, the Washi Tape was from Paperchase too!
Maybe I should pitch some ideas to them using their products ;)

Thanks for stopping by!

Another smash book Video

So, I could really get into this Videoing lark. It's much easier to explain things in more detail than I can usually be bothered to when I'm typing it all out. Today I'm bringing you a vid of what I've completed in my Pink smash book so far :) Enjoy

My Black Smash* book so far

I thought that taking a Video of my black smash book was more appropriate than posting a humongous amout of pictures! Enjoy :)

Charisma #8 - Masking plus use 3 stamps

It's MARCH!!
And it's also Thursday, which means time for a brand new challenge at Charisma! This week, we want to see you use a Masking Technique plus 3 stamps! (they can be digi or rubber)

Our fab sponsors this week are Simon Says Stamp and Pink Cat Studio!

For my DT project I've decided to make one of those elusive mens cards! LoL

I've used a Car and Clock from my Tim Holtz stamp set and masked the car over the clock.
