Wooden Spoon!

As Tahlia loves to look at all the ribbons in my craft room, I made her this toy by drilling holes into a wooden spoon and tying ribbons on.

Pretty huh!!

She is enjoying waving it around (fully supervised of course!)

Blingtastic in Pink!

This is a card I made with a stamp I bought from the NEC from Chloe's Creative Cards!
They had a similar card on display at the show, it looked so pretty which made me want to have a go myself!

The stamp is one row of flowers which I've embossed with pink embossing powder, backed onto some pink mirri card and added gems to the centre of each and every flower! Painstaking I can tell you!
But it was worth it!

Have a Hoot!

Afternoon, this is one I made using a freebie Woodware stamp set I got with a magazine recently! Makes a change to get a decent free gift as they are usually not that great!

I've part paper pieced the little owl, and part coloured with promarkers and gone over the edges with Distress ink.

The sentiment is from the same set as the owl.
Flowers, stickles and pearls from stash.

That's what little girls are made of...

This is a card I made recently for an 18th birthday.

I used IndigoBlu stamps 'Ella Bella' and a sentiment from the set 'Discover your Passion'
It reads 'Courage, Determination, Strength - That's what little girls are made of'

The image and sentiment are made using gilding flakes and I've used stampendous frantage embossing powders around the edges of each to frame them.

The butterflies are punched out of black card with Martha Stewart punches and I've inked over them with a Versacolour Dewdrop inkpad. The flowers are inked in the same way and fastened together with a brad.
Finally I added some coppery coloured pearls from my stash and the number 18.
