All Dressed Up - Sweetie

I've found a new digi stamp designer who I absolutely LOVE! It's All Dressed Up stamps - check them out on Etsy they have some super cute designs!

I just couldn't resist this aptly named image called 'Sweetie' and coloured her up with Promarkers.

 The papers are by First Edition from the sweet owl pad

Decopatch Transformation!

So here's the before pic... a rather 'functional' looking set of storage drawers.

and here's what I did with them!

I was commissioned to 'pretty them up' for a very special customer who redecorated their bedroom and wanted some jewellery/makeup storage to compliment their newly transformed space.

I used decopatch papers, roses and leaves and leftover paint that was used on the bedroom wall!
The quotes were a special request.

I really enjoyed doing this, was nice for a change to do something a bit different!!

Saturated Canary Roses are Red

This has to be one of my all time favourite Saturated Canary images!
I've really been trying to improve my promarker colouring recently, I was hardly using them and I felt bad having such a lot of expensive pens just sitting there being neglected! So I've been practising lots, trying to improve my shading and skin/hair colouring as this is something I find difficult with them.

I also invested in a few flexmarkers and I'm hooked!! Something else to make a dent in my bank account ;)

I've made an easel card for a change as part of this weeks challenge at Charisma Challenges - More than 1 fold - sponsored by Saturated Canary!

Flower Fairy!

This is a card I made with a flower fairies topper, such a pretty image!

Papers are a mixture of dovecraft and papermania edged with distress inks.
Butterflies and leaves are made with MS Punches.
Sentiment is from craftwork cards.
Spiders web netting, roses, ribbon and pearls from stash.
I have added a touch of stickles to the butterflies and the roses for a bit of sparkle :)

Another Bind it All Project!

I am loving my new Bind it All and can't believe I didn't get one sooner!! It's so handy and I love being able to make my own notebooks and other bound projects from scratch!

This is a quick notebook, made with papers from DCWV Citrus stack.

I cut the letters out with an Xcut alphabet die, ribbon is from stash.

Yes, ANY foiled text I want! So of course I've been putting it to good use!!

Anniversary Card

This is a special order anniversary card. I just love the font on the sentiment, it has little hearts in it! I didn't have any sentiments that were 'just right' so I made my own on the laptop :)
