Valentines with Saturated Canary

I originally coloured this image before Christmas with a view to using it on a Christmas card for my DH, well that plan went out the window as I totally ran out of time! So it has become a Valentines card!

The image is called Suzy Stockings by the fabulous Krista at Saturated Canary, and I have coloured her with Promarkers.

Card Mad Fairys Do it With Digis - Thank You

For my DT project this week I've used this gorgeous little girl called Angie, along with a sentiment from TLC designs. I think it suits the image very well :)

I've coloured with Promarkers and used nesties to cut both the image and the sentiment, and inked the edges of each one with Antique Linen distress ink. My scrap of patterned paper is from a Back to Basics paper stack from dovecraft and the ribbon is from stash. I've glittered up her wings with pearlescent glitter :)

I've used one of my favourite techniques on thie card, brayering! I used a Big n Juicy inkpad with a colour gradient to ink up a rectangle of card and then added a peel off from one of my new sheets of cats!
