I got to use this gorgeous image from them for my DT project this week. I've coloured her with Promarkers, as usual! The Papers are by Kate Knight and I've used a MS Doily Edge border punch. The flowers are from stash and the dewdrops are from Sarah's cards. I've added stickles around her wings and some green flat backed pearls to finish off :)

CRAFT #98 - Easter

Time for another challenge at CRAFT! This week the theme is Easter! We are sponsored by Whimsie Doodles, who have provided a $10 Gift Certificate to their Online Store, and  Your Special Delivery.

The DT were provided with some gorgeous images to use for this challenge! I chose to use the Simply Bunny image,  to which I've added a touch of colour with Promarkers and cut out using Go Kreate scalloped circle dies. The Paper is from FF springtime pack and the border punch is MS. The ribbon, flower and gems are from stash, and the greeting is a LOTV stamp.

This week at I Did It Creations, we want to see your creations inspired by a Song.

We are sponsored by the lovely JLJ Designs, and I've used her very pretty 'Pink and chocolate' paper pack for my project this week. I've chosen the song 'Flowers in the Window' by Travis as I think its a beautiful song.

The large flower was a prize from a challenge I won a while ago. The mosaic tiles were from a bargain bin at Craft Central some time ago! I dont make many Get Well soon cards so I thought it would be handy to have one in stock ;) lol. The sentiment is a Personal Impressions stamp.

My first post today is to tell you about the new theme at this weeks C.R.A.F.T Challenge! We want to see Animals or Pets on your creations!

I've used one of my absolute favourite stamps, Lili of the Valley Thomas with Flowers :) Coloured with Promarkers and inked around the edges with Distress Inks (Milled Lavender). The Flowers are from stash and the leaves are made with a MS Punch. The Papers are from the Sweet Owl collection (by Papermania I think) and the edges of this have also been inked to soften them up. The ribbon is from stash and the greeting is also a LOTV stamp. I've added some gold glitter to the centres of the flowers for just a touch of sparkle :)

DS4J - Monochromatic

This fornight we're going Monochromatic at Digistamps 4 Joy!

 I've gone with shades of lilac for my project, which I've used the gorgeous Starkeeper image for.

She's coloured with Promarkers and set against a scalloped oval die cut with Go Kreate dies then embossed with cuttlebug Daisies folder. The Paper is from Country Companions paper pack and the ribbon is from stash. The card Candy is from craftwork cards.

DT call at Diva's by Design!

There's a new challenge blog called Diva's by Design, set up by a few girlies I sort of 'know' ;) and this is my application for their DT Call! Here are 3 of my favourite cards I've made...at the moment! My faves do tend to change all the time as I'm constantly creating and expanding my techniques ;)

I'm especially proud of the Cat one as it was selected as a Top 5 pick at Meljens, what an honour as I love their digis :)

IDIC #49 - Anything Goes!

This week at I Did it Creations, ANYTHING GOES! We are sponsored by the lovely Glitterbabe, and I got to use this gorgeous image calles Sewing Stuff for my project.

I coloured with Promarkers and used Tattered Rose Distress Inkpad to soften the edges of the shape, cut with Nestabilities Labels 8. The Papers are by K&CO and Papermania. I've used my sewing machine to stitch around the edges of the darker panel in cream thread. The greeting is a Personal Impressions stamp, and the card candy is from craftwork cards. The ribbon is from stash, and I've added some glitter around the edge of the main image.
